     Welcome to Panoramio World Index .
     I think that it is very difficult to look for a new favorite user because there are few active users in Panoramio. Perhaps I estimate that the active users are under 1% of all Panoramio users. So I have started to develop the tool for finding a lot of unknown active users in Panoramio. I have selected 22,444 users with over 100 mapped photos after searching all users between ID 1 and ID 2,800,000. The search results are shown as following two graphs.

     Now I have completed the big link collections named as Panoramio World Index with 22,444 links in order to meet your new favorite users. It also has the list regarding the heavy users who have over 1,000 mapped photos.
     In addition to this, "Panoramio World Index" has the special links to "ViewMyPanoramio"s. "ViewMyPanoramio" is the tool to display all of the selected user's own mapped photos on the world map. The world map will teach you about the photographer's field of activities on the world map. And you can know not only the latest 10 photos, but also the popular best 10 photos of the photographer. In the case that the photographer has a lot of photos, you can certainly know their masterpieces.
     I would like to add the new links up to about 50,000 in the future. I would like to make some additional function to this tool in the future.

How to use "Panoramio World Index"
     At first, please click any "Entrance" link. As shown below, you would see the table with a lot of user name. All of them in the user tabs have over 100 mapped photos in Panoramio. If you would click the link named as "to Photo Album", you could jump to the selected user's top page in Panoramio web site. If you would click the link named as "to World Map", you could display "ViewMyPanoramio" which is the special world map with all of the selected user's photos.		 　
      Please see the below of this table. You could see some tabs. If you would click one of the tabs, you could switch the user group. If you have over 100 mapped photos and your ID is between 1 and 2,800,000, you should be able to find your name.
      If you could find out your name in this list, please click the right side link named as "to World Map". You will be able to display "ViewMyPanoramio". Then you will be able to see the world map with all of your own mapped photos. However you should wait for long time in the case that you have a lot of mapped photos. Would you care for a cup of coffee during waiting for it?

    If you would select someone's link named as "to World Map", you can know not only the latest 10 photos but also the most popular Best 10 in addition to this. The distribution of photos would give you the activity information of the selected user. The best 10 would let you know the masterpieces of the selected user.
     When the world map of the selected user would be displayed, you would find 3type icons (Blue Star icon, Yellow Star icon, Hot Star icon) on the world map. These icons show the positions of mapped photos. If you would click the icon, you could see the small size photo. And If you would click the small size photo, you could display the Panoramio photo page.
    Yellow Star icon shows the position of the popular photo.
    Hot Star icon shows the position of the latest photo.

About ViewMyPanoramio
    My computer has no photo data. And it is just a cheap desk top type Windows machine. When you click the link of "to World Map" in the index, you receive directly the photo data from Panoramio web site by using Panoramio's API. Then my computer sends only about 20kB HTML texts to your computer. So in order to make 22,444 links, only 500MB memories are used. If you would be interested in this software technology, you can see the source of this link. It is written in JavaScript.
